About Bev
Bev Listek, born in New York city, moved to Albuquerque with her parents at a very young age. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors Degree in Education and taught in the Albuquerque Public School System for some time.  She has served on many Albuquerque committees doing volunteer work in the Arts, Symphony and various other community work. Bev got her real estate license in 1992 and has remained a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Legacy for many years.  Along with her enthusiasm for life, family and friends, she has a passion for Real Estate and helping others with Real Estate Needs! Born in Troy, New York and reared in southeastern New Mexico, Ann Taylor has been a resident of Corrales since 1979. Ann graduated from Texas Tech University with a major in English and a minor in French. After college and a brief teaching career Ann married A.C.Taylor and move to his family ranch. From there Ann, her husband and two daughters transitioned to Albuquerque in 1976 and then Corrales in 1979.

Ann, a gregarious, personable person, has divided her time between making people happy with new homes and giving back to her community.
